Based in rural Northern California, USA, the beautiful mountains, lakes and giant redwoods that surround us inspire our work every day. How are the canvas prints created?

Our canvas prints are crafted by our artists exclusively for YOU! Our canvas watercolor portraits are digitally painted, printed on durable canvas, and stretched over a wood frame. They arrive to you ready to hang, Perfect for the home or office, these high-quality prints are crafted with heavy, durable canvas.

What are the canvas prints made from?

Our canvas prints feature 100% high-quality cotton canvas, a strong handmade solid wood frame, and metal hook fittings for easy hanging.

Can I request a custom print?

Absolutely! You can send us any photo, or multiple photos. We can create individual prints, or combine subjects from multiple photos to create a portrait or collage. If you can envision it, we can create it! Examples:

Family members that live far apart geographically. No problem! Send us separate photos and we’ll create a single family portrait.

Family members who’ve passed on. We can create a portrait featuring a deceased family member and living family members. For instance, perhaps a parent passed before meeting their grandchild. We can create a memorable, realistic portrait by combining images you provide of both. It’s a gift they will never forget and an amazing way to honor and remember your loved ones.

Another popular choice; a portrait of your favorite person portrayed through the years. For instance, you provide 2 or more photos of your subject at different ages; toddler, child, teen, adult. We’ll create an amazing collage in vibrant watercolor.

Remember that we can also create pet portraits!

How much are custom portraits?

You may be wondering why there isn’t much price variance by size. The reason is that the same amount of work is required on our side to create your portrait, regardless of the canvas size. The prices for larger canvases are slightly higher due to additional shipping costs for larger items.

How long does it take to produce my portrait?

Assuming the source images you provide meet our guidelines, we complete most work within two business days from the time of order.

Can I see a proof of my custom portrait?

Yes! Once we complete the watercolor, we’ll provide a proof to you via email before final production.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on your location, please allow for five to twelve days for shipping.

I have an emergency order! Can you help?

While there’s not much we can do to expedite the creation and production process, we can offer an alternative solution for last-minute gift portraits. We can provide a high-resolution digital image file which you can take to your local print shop and print in any size you desire. A popular size is 16 x 20, for instance. Purchase a frame to match the print size, and you’ll have a wonderful personalized gift ready to put a smile on their face! We can produce the watercolor image in some cases same-day, depending on our current workload. Please contact us to inquire.

How did you find my photos and contact info?

We value your privacy. We utilize publicly available sources including social media, online newspapers, gift registries and other websites to find potential customers who may be interested in our products. Your images are NEVER published publically, or shared. The link from which you accessed your product page was generated specifically for you. Your images are not accessible anywhere on our website, except through this link. You are free to share with friends and family at your discretion.
